Customer-Supplied Items
By Design Laser Co. LLC is willing to engrave customer-supplied items or materials when appropriate. However, engraving always carries some risk. Every material reacts differently, and unexpected results can happen despite our best efforts.
If we have not engraved a specific item or material before, an extra test piece may be requested before engraving the final item.
For customer-supplied items, By Design Laser Co. LLC is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement if an item is damaged, reacts poorly, or does not engrave as expected. If a customer-supplied item is ruined during engraving, we will not charge for engraving that item, but we will not replace the item itself.
Proofs and Submitted Artwork
Please review all proofs carefully, including spelling, layout, names, dates, artwork, and design details. Once a proof is approved, By Design Laser Co. LLC is not responsible for errors that were missed during review.
By submitting artwork, logos, text, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them. By Design Laser Co. LLC is not responsible for verifying ownership and is not liable for claims or disputes related to submitted content.
Because every item and material is slightly different, minor variations in engraving depth, color, contrast, placement, or appearance may occur.
